I am observing the Coba groups cup that is apple only. It hasn't been covered with anything. The apple is slightly brown in color, but not as brown as I thought it would be. It looks drier than a fresh apple and the red peeling is starting to shrivel up.
i am opsirvadeing the epsinand table salt.
The apple is covered with the baking soda and epsom salt. The baking soda and salt are hard like a rock. A little bit of the mixture moves when I shake the cup.
I Think that it turned hard over night. And the apple got rotten over night. And it got hard and crumbly.
Epson and table salt have help it not tern broun.

i think the epsom salt wins because it was hard and the apple lost because it was soft
